The rug measures 18.5 X 27.5 inches excludes the fringes. Crafted using the traditional knotting technique, this original piece is a testament to Turkish culture and craftsmanship. Whether displayed on the floor or hung as a striking wall decoration, this rug is an exquisite example of fine art. Antique and 100% preserved in new condition with the enclosed clear frame. The panel depicts the event of the unification of Upper and Lower Egypt during the reign of King Narmer. On one side, the king is depicted with the white crown of Upper Egypt, on a triumphal march. Below it, the necks of two mythical animals intertwine, while they are restrained by human figures. It is believed that they represent Upper and Lower Egypt, which is under the control of the king. On the other side, the king is depicted wearing the white crown of Upper Egypt, about to strike the ruler of Lower Egypt. This image of the king striking an enemy became an icon of the ancient Egyptian monarchy, and is still inscribed on the last ancient Egyptian temples ever built. Gorgeous Antique Solid Brass Ornate Medieval Victorian Parade Helmet. This piece is just gorgeous. It does display age-related wear, some paint Splatters throughout but very small white spots. It does not have the strap or what I think would be a feather of some sort that goes in the little hole on top. It is very, very ornate and unique and displays a lot of detail. This piece looks like it was made in two sections and then put together. It is almost 15 lb of solid brass. It depicts men that look like they are in a war in addition to animals and swords etc. This piece measures sitting flat approximately 14 in long and sits approximately 11 in tall and is approximately 8 in wide at its widest. Again, this is not mint condition. It is antique and very old but it does not look like it has had any damage or repairs. Just normal blemishes and wear and tear from age. 1934/35 Zenith Model 808 Vacuum Tube Antique Radio – GORGEOUS & Working

This is perhaps one of the prettiest table top “tombstone” tube radios ever made. The woodwork on the cabinet is intricate and features all real wood inlays — no photofinish coverings. The radio is a 6-tube AC-powered model, one of Zenith’s premier sets for model year 1934 or 1935. Cosmetically this radio is in outstanding condition. The finish is so smooth and bright that it’s almost mirror-like. What looks like ripples in the finish in some photos is actually reflections of marks on my white cardboard background. I do not know if the finish is original, but if not it was refinished extremely skillfully. The knobs are reproductions. I bought this radio about a dozen years ago and have not done any work on it except to attach a long wire antenna. It’s been a rarely played “shelf queen” and I’ve never even pulled the chassis out of the cabinet, so I cannot say whether it has been restored electrically except that the cord is new. There is some motorboating between stations, but none when tuned in. As with all antique radios, if you intend to play it regularly the nearly 90-year-old capacitors should be replaced (if they haven’t already been). I have been collecting and restoring vintage radios and TV’s for more than thirty years. Please see my other listings for more vintage electronics items. The maroon color on both lamps is vibrant & brilliant as well as the floral flower pattern on both lamps is extremely nice looking. The approximate size of each lamp is 17″ high “from bottom base to top of the light fixture” 7-1/2″ in diameter at the widest point & the base of the lamp is approx 5-1/4 in diameter.
