This is a large rare antique natural real amber bead which comes from Mauritania, Africa. Great condition with a slight ding with two scratches on the dinged area and some slight wear to both ends of the bead perforation from the stringing material rubbing due to being worn on a necklace a very long time. This amber bead weighs 7.3 grams and measures 23.42mm long by 29.44mm wide by mm 18.17mm tall. Also, in inches this bead measures 0.92 inches long by 1.59 inches wide by 0.71 inches tall. These amber beads are getting harder and harder to come by as the majority of real amber beads from Africa have been mostly collected leaving the plastic & resin imitations flooding the market. Perfect for adding to your antique African bead collection or for jewelry applications.

These cards were issued by the Stollwerck Chocolate Company of Cologne, Germany, as promotional collectibles. This set features colorful lithograph views of international exhibition architecture, including pavilions and grand buildings from World’s Fairs and other expositions. Each card is finely detailed, with printed text on the reverse promoting Stollwerck chocolate products. Quantity: 12 cards (bulk lot). 2.75″ x 4.25″ each. Theme: World’s Fair / Exhibition buildings.
