Offering for your consideration is a awesome antique circa 1890s Mexican double loop holster and pistol belt for the big bore. 44-40 caliber 4 3/4 inch barrel Colt SAA Frontier Six Shooter Revolver. This holster was specifically made for a 4 3/4 inch barrel Colt SAA and would not fit even a 5 1/2 inch barrel revolver. The gun belt was made for. 44-40 caliber ammunition although would fit the. 45 Long Colt caliber ammunition. I’m sure if you are a collector you already know the classic Mexican double loop holster was immensely popular with cowboys, lawmen, and outlaws alike on the american western frontier. The only markings I can see is very faint marking on the pistol belt. This very sturdy well made rig remains in good condition. Antique Edison Bipolar Electric Fan Vintage 1890’s Rare Original Works See Video

Here is an opportunity to add a rare and historic Edison bipolar fan to your collection. This example is stunning and works like a champ. The paint is 100% all original and untouched. There are 2 videos below that show the fan working. The faster video is running at the fan’s rated voltage of 6 volts DC, and the second video of it running slowly at just 2.5 volts DC. The blade on the fan is 100% original. There is a small crease in one of the blades that is so hard to notice that it barely can be photographed, but the last picture shows the area with a red circle around it. An experienced metalsmith could easily correct this without damage to the original patina, but it is very hard to see, but I always try to represent items as best I can. The cage on the fan is an expertly made exact replica, which has been professionally patina’d to match. The cage attachment screws are original to the fan. Most of these are found with both the blade and cage missing, this one the blade is absolutely original. The paint on this example is stunning, few are found in such a nice original state. The battery terminals and thumbscrew switch are perfect and the red fiber insulation disc that the terminals attach to is 100% perfect with no damage. These are often broken and glued back together, and in the case of some examples gone completely and otherwise rigged to work. This one is flawless. This will not be the case here, you will not be disappointed! It is not cheap to so it right (due to the final package size) but it is well worth it! Video will open in a new window. RARE Antique 1890s Smith Premier No1 Manual Typewriter Up Strike 76 Keys Nice

This offering is for an antique original, Ca 1890’s, Smith Premier No. The machine features very fancy silver colored foliate panels on the sides and back including those that read SMITH PREMIER NO. The machine design has 76 keys for a double alphabet set of large and small case letters. Note the bottom piece of the # rod is broken. This machine is also marked “THE SMITH PREMIER TYPEWRITER” in front of the platen. PLEASE NOTE, the typewriter is not currently working. The carriage is movable by hand and the keys do slowly move but it is in definite need of a deep thorough cleaning and proper lubrication. There is an old dry ribbon on the left hand spool but I doubt it’s usable. The interior surfaces appear to have a light coating of surface grime and dry previous oils. The black paint on the case is pretty nice but does have scattered wear as seen in our photo’s. Over all a great display piece and addition to any typewriter collection.
