Rare antique Halloween postcard featuring a haunting sepia illustration of a witch emerging behind three carved jack-o’-lanterns with an original Halloween verse warning of witches on Halloween night. The unusual horizontal composition and dramatic artwork give this postcard exceptional display appeal. Postmarked October 31, 1939 (Halloween Day) with a 1ยข George Washington stamp. A scarce design that is seldom encountered, making it an excellent addition to an advanced Halloween postcard collection. Condition: Very good antique condition with light age-related wear. Antique Zenith Tombstone Wood Case Tube Radio Model 10-S-130. Overall, an excellent original example. The radio plays well, but has not been restored. The bullseye tuning reacts to a strong signal. About 3-1/2 hrs to St Louis and Kansas City. Little over an hour to Branson Missouri. The thought of me sitting this on the counter and having someone ask me if it is fragile is a little bit worrysome to me. But here is what I will offer.
