Comes with framed team photo and signed Rolf Golz cyclist card and team jersey. About the Colnago Master. The most winning bicycle of the cycling history, the Colnago Master was first released in 1984, the same year in which Giuseppe Saronni won the Giro d’Italia riding a Colnago Master indeed. With this model Colnago achieved the peak of its steel frame manufacturing, but on the other hand, the Master also represents the end of the steel era in the bicycle industry (the first Colnago carbon prototype dates back to 1987). The frame is made of “Columbus-Gilco Design – Profilo S4″ tubes. Very light and stiff, this tubing set has profiled sections and was designed by Gilberto Colombo to improve the comfort and to better withstand the mechanical strain.
