Made of 90% silver with a denomination of 50 cents, these circulated coins feature the iconic Liberty Walking design from 1943. Ben franklin with Liberty Bell reverse in 1954. And a American Eagle on the 1964. All three are Outstanding, shining examples that would take a proud position in any coin lovers collection. Produced by the United States Mint, these business strike coins are a valuable addition to any coin collection, especially for collectors interested in US coins from the early to mid-20th century. Looking online and into this book much as I can, there are no sales within the last several years, none listed, and very little information I could find. There is one interesting thing, that someone named W. Denslow is the person who designed book covers. This book is one of those designed covers by W. Denslow, and the SEAHORSE on the bottom front of the book is one of his special “elaborate signatures” he uses on his art which this looks to not be actually hand drawn by him on this book, but a obvious printing that was included on his art.
