Here is a Really Neat Antique Wind Up Musical Feather Christmas Tree Stand with Wind Up Key and a holder that turns around. The only marking I see on it is the word Patent with a bird logo on top of the metal base. Black wood painted base. The music box works, and it turns. Plays Silent Night and possibly another song. 15″ wide and 8″ tall. It is in good condition w few minor rubs / scratches to the metal base. Originally when I found this item it was not working, however when I opened the case up with a screwdriver and slightly pulled on a lever it immediately started working and has been going strong ever since. I have uploaded a couple videos to youtube so you can see that it works and turns, however due to it’s age and the shifting it might receive in mailing i do not guarantee it to continue to run and you may have to open it up again to adjust it upon receiving it. Antique beautiful German winter wonderland large musical Snow House filled with antique porcelain dolls and other accessories. A true fairy tale house to display all year, the house is one of a kind and extremely rare, not something you often see. The house contains many antique items from Erzgebirge. There are so many details in the house, angel dolls, sheep, sleigh, trees, tinsels and more 11 1/2″ w x 16 x 27 1/2″ t. C1920, although most items included are older. It has a music box, key wind mechanism. Comes from an old German collection. While in Europe recently we attended a lg antique event. Saw several varying condition & styles like this. It may be a day longer but doesn’t justify you, the customer paying more. I also recycle & save good boxes. The gorgeous ebony case is decorated with beautiful mother of pearl inlaid on the front. There are 5 brass pineapple form finials on the top to make the appearance of this clock even more impressive. The mother of pear floral inlaid can be found on the entire front section of the case, including the top crest, front door, and even the pedestal. The Roman numeral dial is made of porcelain without any cracks or hairlines. Engraved brass floral decorations surrounds the center dial. At the end of the sweeping second hand, you can find a Chinese double coin form, which represents good fortune and wealth. The time and the automaton feature can be seen through a large beveled glass panel. This clock strikes every 15 minutes, Petite Sonnerie striking. The mechanism is 8 day movement, driven by double fusee chain. It’s built with heavy brass and with engraving on the back plate. Also you can find a signature on it. The automaton feature plays every 15 minutes upon the clock striking. The figure opens his arm and reveals the banner showing, 4 Chinese character, which roughly translated, good fortune from god. Each side of the figure has a series of glass tube, which inside spins around to imitate a water fall. A music tone also plays on 8 bells while the clock strikes and the automaton playing. There is a glass window on each of the case that allows you to view the fusee chain movement. This clock is sitting on a rotating pedestal that gives you easy access to the movement. The entire clock is built with solid hardwood and solid brass, so it’s quite heavy. It measures 810mm tall, 430mm wide, and 225mm deep, or 32 inch tall, 17 inch wide, and 8.8 inch deep. This clock is currently in good working order and all features are working properly. All item will be carefully packed with real packing material, bubble wrap, Styrofoam, foam peanut, & NO newspaper. An Old Canton Workshop Chinese Automaton Acrobatic Figure Musical Pagoda Bracket Clock. Here for your consideration is a large Chinese Canton bracket clock. The gorgeous rosewood case is decorated with beautiful brass casting applications. There is a large Chinese pagoda on the top to make the appearance of this clock even more impressive. The Roman numeral dial is made of porcelain without any cracks or hairlines. Engraved brass floral decorations surrounds the center dial. The time and the automaton feature can be seen through a large beveled glass panel. This clock strikes every 15 minutes, Petite Sonnerie striking. The mechanism is 8 day movement, driven by double fusee chain. It’s built with heavy brass and with engraving on the back plate. The automaton features plays hourly followed by the hour striking. The complicated automaton plays as following, the right curtain rolls up first to follow the pair figures on single bars rolling out. As they are moving around to reveal themselves, those figures pull themselves up and spins on the bar. The rotation completes by both figures moves into the left curtain as it rolls up. Finally, after the last acrobatic figure rolls in, the curtain rolls down to complete this mechanically complicated automaton. Just above the porcelain dial, there is a series of glass tube, which inside spins around to imitate a water fall and a set of horizontal tubes to imitate a running river. You can also find swimming ducks in the river as part of the automaton. A music tone also plays on 8 bells while the clock strikes and the automaton playing. It measures 72.5cm tall, 33cm wide, and 20cm deep, or 28-3/4 inch tall, 13 inch wide, and 8 inch deep. This clock is currently in good working order and all features are working properly.
