Up for consideration is a original antique Ansonia Huntress swinger clock fresh from a. The clock measures 25 inches from the bottom of the base to the top of finial on top of the clock globe. The clock runs awhile then stops. No breaks or repairs on statue. I noticed on the back side of the pendulum is missing screws and the center bar slid down and I think that stopped the clock. I took some pictures of the hardware on the back of the pendulum, It looks like holes drilled and then maybe pined to the rods. I do not see any threads for screws. I started it up again and I will see if it running in the morning when I go back to the shop. So far it is keeping close time. It ran about 20 minutes slow overnight. Turned knob the speed it up a little. The clock is running a little fast now, so I will adjust it some more. I will do more inspections and post what I find. I have only owed this clock for about four days now. Original patina on statue. Balls are brass with nickel plating and originally were painted with blue lacquer and still has traces of blue. There are some paint chips on the statue. It is a very beautiful clock and would be the pride of any collection. Ansonia is marked on movement.
