For sale is this Rare Antique STANLEY SW No. 1 Plane with the AA 3rd Sweetheart Logo On the Cutter. The sole measures just over 1-1/2″ wide by just under 5-1/2″ long. Over 95% original Japanning. No chips, cracks, or splits in the wood. Logo is a little faint. The blade shows very little use. Has not been cleaned. Antique STANLEY SWEETHEART SLANT LID TOOL BOX 20 Long Wood Plane Toolbox. Really nice vintage old Stanley tool box. Has the metal tag on the lid, I believe it originally had a paper/ painted label on the front. Handle, hinges, and little locking hooks on the sides are all in nice condition. The box itself is in pretty nice shape as well, although there are a few paint splatters on it as you can see in the pics. Only a few of theme though. The bottom boards are a little bit loose from being split. A great rare original Stanley Sweet Heart tool chest. Came from a local estate, comes as seen in photos. This sale is for the Stanley # 112 Scraper Plane w/ Sweetheart Era Cutter pictured. There is well over 90% of the original japanning. The cutter is near full length and clearly marked. There is some staining on the sole, but it is not rusty or pitted that you can feel or see. It would easily lap out if wanted. The Rosewood handle and knob are nice. The handle has an interesting piece of lighter sap wood in it. It is not glued, damage or otherwise. Look no further for a good user or addition to the collection. Pics tell the story.
