Impressive, huge, tallest and extremely rare organ steam whistle. Made by Schaeffer & Budenberg (S&B). Antique and impressive device from industrial age in amazing condition, with not even a small dent. Only small signals of use. Made in solid massive brass with great dark patina. It has not the american Schaeffer & Budenberg signature. This S&B signature indicates. It was made in Germany or United Kingdom. During second half of XIX century. Complete tall: 49 inches. Diameter of tube: 6.1/4 inches. It is untested, however all seems to be working. All defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as described. A rare huge 6 chime steel and brass steam whistle. It is 30 1/2 tall overall. The whistle part itself is 15 1/4 tall. The top part of whistle itself is about 7 1/4 in diameter. Base of whistle itself across the fins is 8 in diameter. The housing around whistle is made of steel and is approximately 10″ wide and 19″ tall. The whistle itself is either steel or iron. The bottom section marked Nathan is made of brass including side mount. The U shaped part that holds the brass disc marked Chicago Pat Mar 24 1925 AW 39 is made of steel. The handle looks like steel. The valve knob is made of iron or steel. In the photos, parts marked with S are steel or iron, brass parts are marked B. Please see photos carefully as they are part of the description thanks. Antique Large 16 Train Steam Locomotive Engine Bronze Bell With Yolk. Great original patina, has not been polished. There are no breaks. Looks like there is a small area where the bronze was repaired (see pics, looks like a ding) The sound is incredible. The bell itself measures 16 across x 13 high. New electrical with in line switch. Accepts any small size regular light bulbs. Light is 17 inch high by 9 1/2 inch wide. Excellent condition unbroken original clear glass “V” shape globe is 4 x 4 inch. Petromax lamp has a few issues. Worn & rust to metal.
