Sale is AS IS. See pictures for details. Southern Bell tag: Test Set # 54027. This model includes the 10 button dial at the bottom with a clasp to hold it in place. I haven’t seen this on other models. Some have the 10 buttons but I’ve not seen any other with the clasp to hold it in place. The rotary does not return back to original position on its own. The spring may need to be replaced. The single dial knob in the center turns as expected. All levers flip up and down as expected. All caps on knobs and levers are present. The lines coming out of the bottom have been cut. It will be wrapped heavily in bubble wrap, and packed with lots of air cushions. Test cabinet dimensions: 19 tall x 12 wide x 8.5 deep. (the 10 button dial pad protrudes out 3.5 inches to a total depth of 12 inches). No international sale available on this item.
