This antique Victorian era souvenir hand painted wooden cockade flirting mirror fan dates from 1900. It is made of wood with a hand painted inlaid bird, and souvenir on one side and a oval shape mirror on the other side. There is pleated paper with a green and red floral print rococo designs and lace trim edging. This unique cockade style souvenir fan opens into a complete circle around the pivot when the top string is pulled. The fan measures 9 inches long, complete length is 13 1/2.
