Antique Ornate Wrought Iron Fence – American circa 1900s. This is a wonderful piece of Wrought Iron, it has been in my family for 50 plus years. This is a one of a kind find, it can be repurposed as a piece of art or welded together. Has original paint from the 20s. The fence is very decorative as are the spindles. 36 Star American Flag CIVIL War Era Original Antique

Excellent gift for the American History enthusiast. Original period American flag of 36 stars. Printed on cotton muslin, this flag measures 8 x 11 1/8 inches. The six rows of six stars are in a dancing pattern pointing in all directions. The orange tint of the stripes is indicative of 1860s vintage. The 36 star flag was official from 1865 through 1867 during the presidential term of Andrew Johnson. Since Nevada, the 36th state was admitted to the Union in in October of 1864 undoubtedly many flagmakers anticipated the official date of the following July 4 and produced these during Abraham Lincoln’s final months in office. This flag is in good condition with light wear from age, especially in the blue canton near the location where it was attached to a stick. It is an excellent small size for framing as part of a Civil War relic collection, a displ. Ay regarding Abraham Lincoln, or any historical collection regarding the history of mid 19th century America. Regarding the star pattern, there was no established pattern for stars in the American flag until 1916. The 6×6 arrangement was common for 36 star flags, and the stars could all point in one direction, or all stars in each row could point in one direction and alternate row by row, or all stars could point in random directions, as in this example. The photos are an integral part of my description. They will give an accurate representation, and best tell the story. This is Antique Sioux Native American Pipe Tomahawk. The war club tomahawk features an exceptional hand-forged iron head. The piece shows a truly fine high-quality craftsmanship. The head exhibits a fine rich deep patina evenly over the entire surface. The original haft is constructed from carved hard wood and brass tacks. The entire surface of the wood shows a nice deep patina. This war club tomahawk was obtained from Dr. Haft Length – 22.00 in. Blade – 8.75 in. Unusual & Rare 18th-19th C. American Indian Trade Axe Tomahawk, Very Well Marked. Well forged steel or iron head with various maker and patent markings on both sides. It has an unusual back hammer form. The original wooden shaft decorated with brass tacks and very cool bear claw and tooth. The entire surface of the wood shows a nice deep patina. I can say that it is very Rare early tomahawk, most likely dating from the 1700s and American Revolution era. Haft Length – 21.0 in. Blade Length – 7.5 in. We love this phenomenal early American trade sign that once hung over a laundry and dry cleaning business. In its inception it was wired with neon. The sign is porcelain and the color is a beautiful pearl white and in fantastic condition. The L is separate from the rest of the body of the sign.
