VINTAGE 1985 AUTHENTIC BARBIE DREAM HOUSE PINK WHITE Some Furniture COLLECTIBLE

RARE and VINTAGE 1985 PINK AND WHITE BARBIE DREAM HOUSE BY MATTEL WITH SOME FURNITURE. This Barbie Dream house is VERY LARGE. Approximately 4 FEET WIDE AND 3 FEET TALL when assembled. The A-Frame house looks realistic with working doors and windows and has cute planters for polish. It’s a lifelike design and Mattel continued to make it for almost a decade. The house can be arranged to play in different ways because of it’s 3 separate pieces. We will use one extra large box and it will be very heavy. There are no instructions or original box but we used a youtube video and were able to assemble watching that. We assembled to show condition. Please check all the photos and zoom in for condition. There are some missing pieces to house and some of the furniture. If you have any questions or need more photos (we took more than we are allowed to list) please let us know and we will answer as quickly as possible. We are including in this listing the items for build of the dreamhouse and some furniture as listed below. 2 roof pieces with flower beds. 2 smaller roof pieces. 2 white frame roof pieces. 2 pink closet doors. 4 pieces of cross frame. 4 under roof strips. Other door has previously been broken and glued. 12 Screws for the bottom of the dream house. Barbie Pink & White Couch. Barbie Pink & White Chair. Coffee Table Opens, top scratched and a little cracked. Vanity with mirror & Stool Mirror a little bubbled. Refrigerator Contains all shelves and Drawers containing lots of fake food & drinks. 7 champagne bottles, 2 ice cube trays, 1 egg tray, 2 milk containers, 4 cans, 1 ice cream, 2 boxes, 5 unknown food items. One of the doors does not attach securely due to the plastic insert. Locker with exercise stuff tennis rackets / barbells. Stove – Mostly complete but missing some stickers for burners. Pink plastic wicker Shelf with 3 drawers (broken rail on right side). Pink plastic 3 shelves for towels & Pink stool. Barbie Computer & Desk (Top opens). Pullout white plastic wicker sofa with side table. Purple & Blue bedspread with 2 pillows. Dining table (missing one leg), 2 chairs with seat covers (chair legs still attach bit on inset broken), Fake lazy susan of food. Barbie bed and mattress. 12 plants / flowers. Pillar Covers 15 x4, 14 x2, 13 x13, 2 ¾ x4. As with most vintage Barbie Dreamhouses, these plastic covers have become very brittle with age. Some of them are broken and some of them are split but they can still be used as covers once the house is put together. They have discoloration as they are 35 years old. Latticed doors There should be four of these, 2 on the front and 2 on the back. 2 of these are missing. One of these was broken but glued back together. The other has a small corner broken off. Issues with Dream House – Front Door is missing a small piece from bottom corner which needs to be glued. 2 Windows are missing (1 front, 1 back) All top screws are missing. Several pillar covers are damaged and some broken. This seems to be standard for dreamhouses of this age. I have seen several listings with the same issue. The material gets brittle and splits. 2 plastic pillar covers missing. The roof has a small amount of damage. One side wall is split and needs gorilla glue. It doesn’t affect the structure though as you can see it still stands. Some windows and doors are a little scratched. There is a small amount of residue on the side of one of the walls that can probably be easily removed with goof off or a similar product. Check photos carefully for condition. Large lot of tobacciana. Semi-full tobacco tin and 2 empty tobacco tins. Also contains 6 labeled plastics and 4 labeled paper tobacco pouches with content, 2 are sealed. Antique Mojolica Humidor, in excellent plus condition , only one glaze chip on ear which can be seen in photograph. Made in late 1800s over 100 years ago. Custom made in 2014 and is discontinued. Pipe is in clean pristine condition, has suade pouch and original plastic wrap. Comes with 6 BJ Long soft live rubber pipe tips.
