Vintage 70s Hanging Oil Rain Lamp featuring the 3 Graces by Creators, Inc. This is a large lamp and measures 36×14. Antique cream-colored base with gold finish. Two rows of strings (straight & diagonal) encase the 3 goddesses. According to Greek mythology, the three graces depict the 3 daughters of Zeus, each of whom is described as being able to bestow a particular gift on humanity. Lamp has been inspected and cleaned. It works perfectly with smooth quiet running pump, illuminating light bulb, and all strings intact and raining. No chips or pieces are missing from chassis. A rare vintage piece in excellent shape. No replacement parts or modifications. Please see photos for best description of condition. The electric cord has an inline rotary on/off switch in good working condition. Gold cord is approximately 15 ft long with 13 ft of chain. Chain is tarnished, as expected on a 50-year old lamp. It will require 2 pints of mineral oil. The glass font is embossed and very elegant in its shape. The lamp comes complete with matching embossed brass frame and shade crown. It has been electrified. It is missing a couple of the prisms, but they are very easy to find. The shade is white milk glass with pink glass cased exterior. This Victorian hanging lamp measures 28″ from top to bottom, and 12-1/2″ across. The Shade is 11-3/4″ across at the bottom, and 5-3/8″ across at top. Shade is 7-1/4 tall. Shade is in Excellent condition, no nicks or dings, no chips, cracks, nicks, or hairlines. Brass frame is in Excellent condition, with no bends or breaks, and no repairs. Pink Cranberry and White Victorian Shade for Hanging Oil Lamp Light. I believe the shade is hand blown, it has factory tool marks and bubbles and swirl lines all common to antique shades made in the late 1800s. About 6 inches tall and fits a 14 fitter. It is not perfectly shaded which is also common but does fit nicely a 14 fitting. Couple minor chips on larger rim where it would sit on the frame unseen. Antique Victorian Miller Hanging Oil Library Kerosene Parlor Ceiling Lamp Light

Up for sale is a beautiful Victorian kerosene hanging parlor or library ceiling light. The oil font is marked on the bottom with EM & Co and I believe a number. Then this was hand painted by a skilled artisan and the shade and font are matching. There is no pull down mechanism in the top they have the hanging chains attached as pictured. There are 40 hanging crystals around the bottom of the top shade. The glass shade measures 14″ across the bottom and the entire lamp is from the ceiling cover to the bottom of the bracket is approximately 40″. There are no cracks, chips or any other damage to any of the glass. There are a couple of dings on the top of the collar on the oil font. Late Victorian-era circa 1875, American, cast iron, kerosene burning (modified in later years to work with electricity), hanging lamp. Designed to hang on ceiling hook. Support chains loop around pulleys attaching the crown-shaped counter weight, which also holds the 14 opal glass slant shade designed to cast the light downward onto work areas. Lamp commonly referred to as an Iron Horse. Style and mechanics of operational are representational of late 19th century American kerosine lighting.
