Really cool wall sconce. Very unique with its five orbital shade rings. All metal with exception to the bakelite socket and switch. Hangs on a wall using one or both of the keyholes on the back. Hard wire or use existing cord. 9″ tall and 5 3/4″ wide. Protrudes from the wall about 6. I believe this was made in the 1930’s. Light signs of age only. Could use a little more cleaning. Lovely Metamec Art Deco Influenced Blue Bakelite & Chrome Mains Powered Electric Domestic Alarm Clock. With Domed Glass Face. & was based in Norfolk, England. The name’Metamec’ is derived from. Please refer to photos to see a small crack in the glass top left hand side. There are also a couple of marks on the inside of glass & a few scratches on the outside, clearly shown in photos. There are no chips or cracks to the bakelite. The Back is also made of cream Bakelite & in excellent condition. I have had this rewired by a qualified electrician & fitted with a new plug. It does work when plugged in, But I have not checked the alarm. This clock would benefit by having a service from a good clock repairer. Just to be on the safe side. Great for putting on display & adding to your collection rather than a clock to use. I I have added in a copy of instructions from the internet. You are welcome to copy this. Very rare round Antique Ottoman Damari Faturan cherry amber bakelite islamic prayer beads 98 grams. Lovely and a collector piece indeed its a museum piece. This is a stunning beautiful over 100 years old ottoman Osmanli Damari dark cherry amber Faturan / bakelite islamic prayer beads. The color is wine red and better than in the photos deep cherry red stunning and rare barrel cut beads. Has a very nice smell when used or rubbed. Semi chrome tested positive. Each measuring in average approximately. 14 mm X 15 mm. Imam 35 mm long (perfect condition). Antique heavy silver coin tassel. Please note that the beads are not the exactly same size due to old cut. Do please study photos carefully this is an old antique item. You will not find another one , this prayer beads have been tested by a hot needle in an inconspicuous place revealing 100% faturan smell results and I believe were carved in the early years. The cord is multi stings nylon thick 1.5mm and will stay there a lifetime. The total weight is 98 grams. Please look at the photos as they speak for themselves. Vintage/Antique ZENITH 7H820-U Bakelite Tube Radio Working. The radio is in very good vintage working condition. I could not pick anything up on the FM 45 band. Similar to the one that was used in the movie War of the Worlds. Approximate Dimensions (WHD): 15 1/4″ X 9″ x 8. My dad used to work on old radio’s and TV’s and this is one of the radio’s. I myself know nothing about old radios so will be leaving everything up to you. As I cannot give a more accurate description, I have included lots of pictures and a video.
