Up for your consideration is this. ZINGO (The Nation’s Game). Arcade Pinball Machine with the Stand. You just don’t see them like this. Manufactured and Distributed by The. National Specialty Company, Market Street, Youngstown Ohio. A great collector’s piece. Very hard to find this machine, let alone on the stand. This game is for amusement only. We live in Niles Ohio 44446. About an hour drive from Cleveland Oh. Used, in good shape. It has all the pins. It is missing the coin box. The spring on the coin slot needs replaced or adjusted. The wooden piece that drops the ball does not go all the way down. Some of the screws have been replaced. There also is minor damage it the bottom of the legs. This one has the ornate brass base. The finish is not perfect, but it is in great condition. Please review the pictures and ask any questions you may have. It could use a good cleaning but looks great just the way it is. I have pressed several of the dollar/cent buttons and spun the crank and everything seems to work as it should. Antique Bottle 1867 National Ear of Corn Bitters with Label, Philadelphia PA, NR

Figural Bitters Bottle with partial label, approximate 1-Quart capacity, Philadelphia, PA or Glassboro, NJ, ca. Tapered Corn Cob form with applied, collared mouth. Blown in an attractive shade of Amber glass. Embossed NATIONAL / BITTERS on the lower front panel and PATENT / 1867 on base. The photos are probably the best description. Note : I photographed this bottle on a backlit sill (for accurate color representation), and also against a neutral background in natural light (for close-up details). Background : [From Internet]: The National Bitters was compounded and manufactured by Dr. Jacob Hatman Kurtz who was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He was also an Act. Assistant Surgeon in the United States Army. Kurtz claimed to have been using his concoction for 35 years in private practice which would have been from about 18341867. Zug (October 29, 1867) which corresponds to the embossing date on the base of the bottle. 9 North Seventh Street in Philadelphia. The typical bitters scam, weve seen it many times before. By 1872, Jesse S. Walton was the sole proprietor located at the same address, No. 9, North Seventh Street. Zug must have moved on. The bottles were made and advertised from 1867 to 1872 or so. They were probably made at the Whitney Glass Works in Glassboro, New Jersey. The glass works also made Doctor Fischs Bitters and Drakes Plantation Bitters. Condition : There is a tiny nick noted on the inner spout; otherwise in Very Good to Excellent undamaged condition with strong embossing and attractive color. The original paper label is fairly worn and illegible, but still quite rare to find one mostly intact. See photos for complete details and close-ups. Please consider them as part of the description.
