Item for your consideration is a rare early turkey clip glass ornament. It is in great condition- tail is missing- which is common for this ornament. The turkey gobbler is red annealed glass. He measures 3-1/2 long and 4 high. The clip is strong and has no issues. Minor paint flake on its back. Photos have been taken in natural and artificial light. Please be aware that vintage clothing fits differently than today’s clothing. If the item does not fit the way you prefer it is not due to my item as’not as described’. Rare Antique 32 German Clockwork Nodder Santa Bisque Glass Eyes Feather Tree

Rare Museum quality large 32 Antique German bisque head Santa or Saint Nicholas Clockwork Nodder with key wind. He is holding his original goose feather tree and pannier basket is strung on his rope belt and full of early German toys. The basket is in very nice condition, no damage, has a red flannel bag inside to hold toys. Santa is in beautiful condition, his long cream mohair coat has no holes, no stains, no smell. The key wind makes Santa’s head nod, hidden under his right arm. His bisque head has no damage, no chips or cracks, his nose tip is lighter, possibly a rub. He appears all original with his goat skin beard, goose feather tree, rope belt with pannier basket of antique German toys that date him to 1880. Inside his neck carton is marked 76′ not sure if referring to a date? His toys are wonderfully made and very early pair of all bisque articulated Kling Dolls dressed as twins, rare Putz wooden Army of soldiers articulated on flexible base, Fur Horse w/glass eyes marked Germany, pr wooden skis and ski poles, Putz moving see saw toy with figures, articulated tin lithograph clown hanging upside down, Putz wood soldier, 2-wood decks of cards with King & Queen lithograph (match boxes), and a pair of painted lead submarines. The only wear I found on the Santa is the top of his hood shows wear from touching nodding his head and light rub to nose. He has a carton body with paper mache feet in nice condition. His head is removable and weighted and sits on top with hook to hold in place. The 15″ & 13″ dolls are not included, they show the large size of Santa or Saint Nicholas! His bisque head is what makes him rare with his character face, molded painted teeth, and expressive French blue glass paperweight eyes and furrowed brows and wrinkles! This Santa is prized by collectors of both Christmas and Dolls! The bisque Santa head is unmarked but was likely made by Cuno Otto Dressel Co, a similar character face appears as Uncle Sam and Santa with wrinkled character face and slim pointed noses as this Santa has. This Clockwork Nodder Santa was featured on the cover of “The Golden Glow Of Christmas Past”. The Clockwork Santa on the front cover is shown in red on the printed page I included. This Santa has the same bisque face with teeth and white eye bows, goat skin beard, blue glass eyes, and the same color cream mohair long coat with pale blue lined sleeves and hood. The base looks almost identical, just a couple inches shorter at 30 listed size. The goose feather tree is similar but not in the best condition, has less branches and no candle holders. This Santa has the same rope belt with tassels, but has no pannier basket for toys, the key looks slightly different. I have taken many photos of this wonderful Santa and his condition and all his parts. The large bisque head is what makes this German Santa so unusual and the quality and condition is probably the Best! Large Tallest 49´´ S&b 1880 65 Lbs Antique German Train Ship Organ Steam Whistle

Impressive, huge, tallest and extremely rare organ steam whistle. Made by Schaeffer & Budenberg (S&B). Antique and impressive device from industrial age in amazing condition, with not even a small dent. Only small signals of use. Made in solid massive brass with great dark patina. It has not the american Schaeffer & Budenberg signature. This S&B signature indicates. It was made in Germany or United Kingdom. During second half of XIX century. Complete tall: 49 inches. Diameter of tube: 6.1/4 inches. It is untested, however all seems to be working. All defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as described. Quality marbles Large collection of 340 antique German handmade marbles

This is a rare opportunity for a new marble collector to get a more than decent antique marble collection instantly instead of searching and hunting over decades. It is hard to find nice antique marbles these days, especially in larger lots. There are a lot of interesting marbles in this lot. A very nice group of banded-lutzes 2 of them over 1 1/2 inches! A blue glass divided core swirls. Many pretty onionskins. Rare end-of-day clouds. A very nice Gutta Percha. Micas, Josephs Coats etc. The largest marble (sulphide) is 2.1 inches in diameter, the smallest one (onionskin) is tiny 0.41 inches. The majority of these marbles is in very good shape. In my oppinion about 30% are “mint”, 65% are “near mint” and about 5% are “good/collectible”. But PLEASE check the pics carefully, download them and blow them up, ask for additional pics of specific marbles and decide for yourself if you agree to my grading. I just don’t want to have any discussion about condition. I think I have enough experience to grade marbles but I also have to mention that I consider them as toys and therefore I still consider a marble as mint if it has some tiny as-made flaws or a small fleabite. All these marbles have their original surface (no polished or buffed marbles in this lot). Handmade between 1870 and 1920 in Thuringia, Germany. Rare Antique German Paper Mache Halloween Black Cat String Holder

This listing is for a very rare paper mache black cat string dispenser. This piece is approximately 7 inches in height x 5 1/2″ x 6 1/2″. I could not find any mark but this piece is definitely of German origin and made out of the same paper mache pulp material as the 1930’s halloween pieces. Light wear to paint surface can be found on the bottom of this piece as seen in photo’s other than this condition is excellent for a piece with this age, a little dusty in areas. This grandfather clock is a part of my parents’ estate. The information i provide is what I’ve researched. The clock is 78″ at its highest point; 23″ wide at its widest point (at the base feet). There is a stamp with the initials “HWN”. My research shows this was made by Hans Winterhalder, Neustadt, Black Forest. The other side of the stamp has “Original Harvina”.
