Antique Arcade Crystal No 3 coffee grinder. The wall mount cast iron section has worn white paint but retains the turned wooden handle. Glass jar is original with original tin lid that is embossed ARCADE, also the jar retains a tin collar around the small opening. Jar has a few flakes and rough spots on the top opening covered by the lid. The original cup is gone and has been replaced with a ribbed glass Anchor Hocking juice glass. Original glass with an old time clock shop decal from San Francisco. Clock weighs just under 23 lbs complete. Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique 1840’s Early American Weight Driven Banjo Wall Clock, made by The Horace Tift Clock Company North Attleboro Mass USA. This Has a Cherry Wood Case with Carved Wooden Spire Finial Topper, and “Howard Style” Reverse Painted Glass Tablets. The Dial is The Original Painted Metal Dial With Correct Hands This Has a Horace Tift 8 Day Brass Mechanical Weight Driven “Time Only” Regulator Movement with The Correct Original Pendulum, As Pictured! The Clock Measures approx. 34″ Tall To The Top Of The Finial x 11″ Wide x 4 Deep. This is a Very Old Clock and Has Has Some Restoration Work, Overall Good Condition, As Pictured. The Bottom of the Clock Has a Crack, Probably from a Runaway Weight. This Includes a Weight and Winding Key. The Movement is in Good Condition and is Correct. Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique 19th Century Huge Dual Weight Driven German Victorian Vienna Regulator Wall Clock, made by The Gustav Becker Clock Company Germany, circa 1890. It has a Huge Ornate Walnut Wood Case with Decorative Side Columns and Fancy Topper, Complete with All Finials, Absolutely Stunning!!! The Dial is the Original Porcelain Dial with Black Roman Numerals in Good Condition! This has a Signed “Gustav Becker” Brass Mechanical “Time and Strike” Weight Driven Regulator’8 Day’ Key Wound Movement, with Cathedral Coil Spring Gong Chime that Strikes Once on the Half Hour, and the Correct Amount of Times on the Hour. There are Two Winding Arbors on the Dial, and It includes The Original Winding Key, and Large Brass Bob Adjustable Regulator Pendulum, and Two Brass Clock Weights. The Clock is Large and Measures approx. 47″ Tall x 14 1/2″ Wide x 6 1/2 Deep. The Clock Runs, But Will Need Adjustments. Fully Refurbished Strowger Wall Telephone. Almon Brown Strowger was an undertaker in Kansas City in the late 1800’s. He believed the local telephone operator was directing all business calls to his competitor, who also happened to be her husband. Dial service in 1891, thereby eliminating the need for an operator intervention in local calls. The hook is perfectly straight. The dial has a bright and vibrant reproduction number overlay if you choose. The wood has been refinished to bring out its natural beauty. ALL ORIGINAL – ANTIQUE SETH THOMAS – #16 – 75″ TALL – “JEWELERS WALL REGULATOR – Circa 1885 – TIME TO DOWNSIZE – FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION. Thin rubbed and waxed walnut case is 75″ high x 23″ wide x 7 1/2″ deep – It is fitted with an 8-day, single weight, time only, Seth Thomas movement – It has it’s original glass door and bezel, 12″ dial, hands and sweeping second hand – It has it original etched damascene nickel pendulum bob and nickel weight and pulley – It comes with it’s original Seth Thomas issued winding crank which is missing the wooden knob – The winding crank also locks the lower lock but the upper lock is missing the key – This a thin case model (from front to back) which would have been produced prior to the introduction of the ST No. 19 after which both the #16 & #19 had a thicker case – Full details on these models can be found in Tran Ly’s book on Seth Thomas Clocks and Movements – In addition, the top (2) finials are barrel finials and the lower finials are tapered – Seth Thomas specialist, Andy Baudino, inspected the clock and in his expert opinion the clock was most likely manufacturing during a production design.
