GERMAN ANTIQUE PARIAN WARE VICTORIAN CLASSICAL FEMALE LARGE 15 STATUE 1880s. GERMAN ANTIQUE PARIAN WARE VICTORIAN CLASSICAL FEMALE MUSICIAN LARGE 15 STATUE FIGURINE 1880s. This is in Excellent Condition with No Cracks. NOTE: there is a chip on one pinky and one tambourine zill (SEE pictures with pen). This has a slight wobble. Very Nice Antique Large German Parian Ware Statue. This is features a classical female in long flowing garments holding a tambourine. She leans against a tree stump in her bare feet. You have to look closely to see the fine details from the wavy hair to the texture of her garments. Parian ware porcelain was introduced about 1840 by the English firm of Copeland & Garrett, in imitation of. Sèvres biscuit (fired but unglazed porcelain). It’s name is derived from it’s resemblance to parian marble. This measures 15″ High x 6 1/4″ Wide at the widest point. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Antique German Statue Figurine. Be sure to scroll down, look left. A very hard one to find this extremely large nodding Santa Claus in a glistening long magnificent white fur robe, collar, holding a toy doll in his arms and. Santa’s hat trimmed in blue to match his gorgeous blue glass eyes. Santa has a fluffy white mohair beard, with a very jolly smile. He is made of composition construction, and he is holding a three-tier candle lit feather tree in his hand. He stands a magnificent 27 Tall. Some very minor flaking on his forehead.
