Large Chinese Republic Period Famille Rose Fish Bowl Planter Tobacco Peacock
LARGE CHINESE REPUBLIC PERIOD FAMILLE ROSE FISH BOWL PLANTER TOBACCO LEAF with PEACOCKS AND KOI FISH. The sticker on the interior of the bow reads: Made in the People’s Republic of China. 15 inches across the top. The diameter around the widest part of the bowl is 49 inches. The bowl does have a chip on one part. The chip is small but it is big enough to slightly see through. There is also a hairline crack running through the chip. The crack can be noticed a small amount on the exterior and is a little more noticeable on the interior. The interior crack extends about 12 inch and about 8 inches on the exterior. SEE PICTURES 5, 11, 12. There is some dirt on the inside of the bowl that should clean up nicely. The item pictured is the item you will receive. PLEASE SEE PICTURES FOR EXACT CONDITION. Antique Stoneware 1G Western PA Merchant Jar with Cobalt Advertising, Pittsburgh
Description : A 19thC Stoneware Meat Market Merchant Jar with Cobalt Stenciled Advertising, 1-Gallon capacity, Allegheny County, Western Pennsylvania origin, c. Wheel-thrown, cylindrical form with eased shoulder and slightly flared rim with integrated inner ledge for a lid (not present). Multi-line Cobalt-Stenciled Advertising on body reads: DAUB & SHULZNER / GROCERY / & / MEAT MARKET / 204 SMITHFIELD ST. Horizontal freehand cobalt squiggles and brushed stripe decorations above and below the merchant information. Condition : Very Good+ overall with attractive form and desirable stenciled Western Penna merchant decoration. Imperfections are noted below. Rim with wear and a small scar on the inside edge, in-the-making (see close-up, photo #8). Inner ledge has wear where a lid would rest, including a few small nicks. Body has a professionally restored hairline that extends into the base, as shown(see close-up, photo #12). Base shows moderate wear, soiling, etc. It has not been cleaned. Inherent glaze, surface and firing imperfections noted for complete descriptive accuracy. See photos for complete details and and please consider them as part of the description. Measures 10H x 6W overall. The inner and outer rim diameters are 4-3/4 and 5-1/2, respectively. Weighs 5.4 lbs. Antique Emerson Electric Fan Type 19644 No. 165696 And Brass Parker Blades Works
This is a used antique Emerson Electric fan Type 19644 No. 165696 with brass Parker blades pat. Date 1899 on blades. Fan does work but speeds seem to be slow. The wires have insulation cut in one spot on two wires as shown in photos. This is a great collectors fan. Fan just needs a bit more tlc cleaning to be really nice looking. There is a wing nut missing on one side of the tilt. Also missing nut from bottom plate cover. Hard to find fans like this any more that work at all and in this nice of condition. This is a heavy fan at about 11lbs. Sorry everyone for my typo in the listing the fan is a type 14644 not 19644 I can not edit the listing to correct this.
