Vintage old wood antique tube radio ZENITH model 6S527 A must have

This is the 1941 Zenith 6 tube radio and it is gorgeous. This is the popular model 6S527 and the size is 15.5″ long x 8.5″ tall x 7.5 deep. The cabinet is in beautiful condition and I just refinished it. There are very nice “faux” designed Walnut veneers along with very nice Maple inlays. A lot of colors and plenty of wood grains throughout. The top of this radio is stunning. The green and black dial face is in excellent condition being framed in and has the popular brass “Z” dial pointer. Additionally, there are 5 Push Buttons that are surrounded by a brass plate with the Zenith name. There are rounded corners and a very nice speaker grill. The three original “Z” Zenith knobs have been cleaned and resealed. A built in factory installed “Loop” antenna receives stations very well across the dial. There is a new dial cover, new dial lamp (2X), new AC Power cord, and new Filter/Audio capacitors installed. The 6 tubes have been tested and the remaining components were checked & replaced if needed. This is a wonderful example of the American Radio Industry waiting for you to display in your favorite place in the home or office. The radio plays and receives stations excellent with the built in “Loop” antenna. There are no issues. The speaker is in excellent condition and has very good volume, tone, and clarity. 1937 Zenith 10S130 10-S-130 Antique Tube Radio

For sale is a 1937 Zenith 10-S-130 antique tube radio. The radio appears to be complete and mostly original with a prior restoration to the chassis electronics. Overall, the cabinet and veneers are in excellent shape with just the typical wear from an 80+ year old radio. The chassis is also in good shape and the celluloid dials are not cracked — pictures shows incomplete tube set, but they are in a bag along with all shields and will be included. The original cord looks to have been replaced with a chassis restoration (see photos). The speaker has the correct part number specifically for this model. Please review all the photos as it clearly shows the condition of this fine radio. I displayed the radio as-is on the shelf for the last 15 years this would make an excellent restoration project If you wish to make a full restoration. I will also include an exact reproduction piece of grill cloth in case you do decide to restore the radio. This is the 1941 Zenith 6 tube radio and it is gorgeous. This is the popular model 6S527 and the size is 15.5″ long x 8.5″ tall x 7.5 deep. The cabinet is in beautiful condition and I it looks to the original finish. All I did was buff it up a tad. There are very nice Walnut and Maple veneers along with very nice Maple inlays. A lot of colors and plenty of wood grains throughout. The top of this radio is also very nice to look at. The dial face is in excellent condition, framed in, and has the popular brass “Z” dial pointer. Additionally, there are 5 Push Buttons that are surrounded by a brass plate with the Zenith name. There are rounded corners and a very nice speaker grill. There are some light scratches on the right side of the cabinet. The three original “Z” Zenith knobs have been cleaned and resealed. A built in factory installed “Loop” antenna receives stations very well across the dial. There is a new dial cover, new dial lamp (2X), new AC Power cord, new dial cord, and new Filter/Audio capacitors installed. The 6 tubes have been tested and the remaining components were checked & replaced if needed. This is a wonderful example of the American Radio Industry waiting for you to display in your favorite place in the home or office. Note: Many have been at least tested for functionality as noted – MOST HAVE NOT BEEN RESTORED unless specifically noted. CONDITION NOTES: Radio presents well though cabinet retains original finish in good condition but some flaking and small rear edge chips. Complete chassis with correct Z-knobs; original grill cloth; tested – lights up but no reception, no sound but the transformer works. Good for restoration to very nice example. CHASSIS: All American 6 tube, superhet – 6A8G, 6K7G, 6H6G, 6F5G, 6F6G, 5Y4G. DIMENSIONS: 14″x 11″x 10; about 15lbs. Please review all photos – they are part of the description. This is the 1941 Zenith 6 tube radio and it is gorgeous. This is the highly sought after model 6D526. This little cutie is 11.75″ long x 8.25″ tall x 7.75 deep. The cabinet is in beautiful condition and I recently refinished the very nice Walnut veneers. The radio displays its nice dark colors and has plenty of beautiful wood grains throughout. The cabinet is an “Ingraham” design, has a beautiful rounded top which is complimented with a “waterfall” shaped front. The framed in popular black Zenith dial face is in very good condition and has the popular Zenith “Z” pointer. The ribbed speaker grill is a wonderful touch adding to the radio’s striking initial appearance.. The two Zenith knobs have been cleaned and resealed. A built in factory installed “Loop” antenna receives stations very well across the dial. There is a new dial lamp, new AC Power cord, and new Filter/Audio capacitors installed. Vintage 1938 Zenith 12-S-268 console tube radio Deco styel. Antique & does play

Welcome to North Lawrence Antiques. Offered here is a vintage ZENITH 1938 model 12S268 with”robot” dial. T some time this radio had a 7s-258 chassis installed (see photos) in place of its original 12s268. Measures 36”h X 38 1/4”w X 12”d. From a recent local estate. Receives and plays stations well. Looks to me like it was refinished at some point – but not recently. Has 2 small veneer chips which I have shown closeup photos of alongside a quarter to give you a better idea of their size. We are located fairly midway between Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio. Most items i list are from local estates and usually they are in areas of collecting that I have little or no knowledge of.
