Arts & Crafts Mission Handel Era Antique Table Lamp Stain Glass Leaded Shade

Beautiful unsigned bronze antique table lamp, most likely Duffner & Kimberly, with a contemporary stained glass shade which displays 18 amber chunk jewels. The lamp base has a great form and design and retains its original patina. It measures 20″ to the top of the finial and the base is 8 1/2″ in diameter. The perfect leaded glass shade produced within the last 30 years is unsigned measuring 16″ in diameter x 7 1/2″ high. Overall the lamp is in excellent working condition with no damage or repairs and has been rewired with a period brown cloth cord. Check the photos for condition. AN EXTRA clean basket made by the Cupeno Indians of San Diego county in southern California. Looks to be from the Warner Springs area as per some of the coloring on the juncus used. Made of sumac and juncus with a bundle foundation, diagonal folded end stitches, and coiling counter clockwise with an abbreviated rattlesnake design. Fabulous old basket from the days before there were even cities in so cal. And worthy of the best of collections and it has a LOW PRICE too! NICE SIZE, CONDITION, AND AGE. The shade measures 8″ wide and 5″ deep it contains 8 mission green glass panels under a pine needle design the interior of the glass has a rough granite texture creating a glowing effect when illuminated.
