We have here a nice. #5 Fisher Chain Vise Anvil Blacksmith Good Condition 155 lbs. Weighs 155.9 lbs…. Probably Mfg’d at the turn of the Century…. C1900’s or before. The handle, screw, and chain spin freely…. Really dry, but not seized in any way. Ome rust, and could use a good cleaning and some lubricant. New owner can properly clean to his liking. Fully functional as it sits. It has a nice straight handle and the jaws are in good condition. Note: Has one small chip… Near the back of one of the jaws (See pictures). Otherwise, in perfect condition. See pictures for condition… These are hard to find… Plenty of high resolution pictures are featured. We reject the idea that vintage has to mean, rusty, scratched, dirty or untested. Note: Many have been at least tested for functionality as noted – MOST HAVE NOT BEEN RESTORED unless specifically noted. CONDITION NOTES: Radio presents well though cabinet retains original finish in good condition but some flaking and small rear edge chips. Complete chassis with correct Z-knobs; original grill cloth; tested – lights up but no reception, no sound but the transformer works. Good for restoration to very nice example. CHASSIS: All American 6 tube, superhet – 6A8G, 6K7G, 6H6G, 6F5G, 6F6G, 5Y4G. DIMENSIONS: 14″x 11″x 10; about 15lbs. Please review all photos – they are part of the description. All tube radios are subject to background interference of electronics in your home environment so reception and playing quality may vary depending on location in your home and antenna use. Vintage hand tools – hand plane #212. Up for sale is a gorgeous STANLEY USA No:1 smoothing PLANE, the most famous Stanley Plane of them all. This one has an 1892 cutter, rosewood handles with a low front knob, it’s a lovely little plane, not much bigger than a No:110 block plane, 145mm long only. The ruler & Redhead box of matches in the photos are for a size comparison only, not for sale. This plane is in authentic vintage condition, wear & tear consistent with age & use, a full cutter, the rear handle has an old repair to the tip of the horn, tiny tight cracks to the corners of the mouth, an iconic Stanley No:1 smoothing plane.
