Watch with mechanism “Raketa 3031″ – the most complex that had ever produced in the USSR. In 1967, the Petrodvorets watch factory produced a trial batch in a stainless steel housing. Distinctive features of the new items were the mechanism by 33 stones with features dual calendar, self-winding and mechanical alarm clock. The party of watch entered into a single brand shop “Raketa ” in Leningrad (150 copies, but worker of the plant argues that these models were less than a hundred pieces). Price for this watch is at 150 rubles. However, the price was too high for Soviet citizens. While gold watch cost less. The model was removed from the sale. But today it is the most desirable model for collectors of Soviet watchs worldwide!!!! I present you the original watch of RAKETA 3031. I sell this model in its natural state. Watchmakers are not served because I afraid when watch have to servicing- it not been damaged. An watch have the original packaging arrangement. On the glass there is no big crack. The watch works , the accuracy is not checked. A couple of circles arrow made. Alarm is audible, calendar rearranged. This is a very rare specimen. Watch a rare find for collectors of Soviet watchs. Model 101 Regina Hexaphone from a nice clean estate. This is the early style and stands apart from the other models in the grill area. It plays and has a coin slide on its side for a nickel. The selection devise works and is very clever to see operate. The top marquee looks like a faithful remake. Same with the selection sheet to the left of the mech. The lock above the decal works but is a replacement. I don’t think the decal is original but looks real good. The crank mechanism works well and chooses a selection and plays all the way through. The opening photograph shows two (2) screens put next to each other; screens are priced per each. The screens were originally produced for the Boulder County Medical Center in Boulder, Colorado in the mid 1960’s. DIMENSIONS: 10′ 8″h, 28″w, 4.5d each. CONDITION: Restored and repainted. Minor surface cracks and marks. Minor flaws and light surface imperfections exist even in’very good’ or’restored’ items due to age and patina. Please do not expect’like new’ condition. Herschede 9 Tube Grandfather Clock. This is a Herschede Pattern 107 mahogany hall or grandfather clock. This clock has been in my family since it was delivered new in August 1916. It is in perfect operating condition to this day. My children do not want a chiming clock, so I decided its time to find it a new, proper home. Pattern 107 is a nine tube model with 3 different chimes available: Westminster, Whittington, and Canterbury. It has been perfectly maintained with the beveled glass, clockworks, tubes, weights, winding key and door key all being original. There are no cracks in the tubes. I have had it since 2000 and had it serviced in 2009 with the total disassembly and inspection of the clock works and lubrication. I have had it running since Ive had it and it has never failed. This clock has been moved four times in the last 101 years. Each time it was carefully prepped and moved. The clock stands 92 inches high and is 30 inches wide and 18 inches deep. It can be restored with the original pieces that were removed. There are loads of provenance with this clock. ยท The original letter from my great-uncles attorney presenting it as a gift for my great uncles new, grand Denver home. ยท Original cut sheet that the attorney enclosed with letter. ยท Adjustment notes by the clockmaker in August of 1916 when the clock was originally set up. ยท Photos of the clock in the grand home in Denver taken decades apart. ยท Original casing (setup) instructions. All these documents and photos would come with the clock. It is likely that there is no other clock like in this country, and certainly not one in this condition or with this provenance. I can arrange for the preparation of the clock with the clock maker who set the clock up for me. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
