This is a Rare Antique Working 19th Century ITHACA 8 Day Victorian Walnut Parlor Mantel Shelf Double Dial Calendar Clock, Made by the Ithaca Calendar Clock Company Ithaca NY USA. This is the Ithaca Clock Company Model No. 10 Farmer’s Clock Circa 1875. This has a Signed E. Welch Brass Mechanical 8 Day Time & Strike Key Wind Movement. This has a Cathedral Coil Spring Gong Chime which Strikes Correctly. It Has a H. Horton Patented Perpetual Calendar Mechanism. The Case is a Classic Americana Style Victorian Walnut Wood Case. This Has The Original Signed Ithaca Paper Over Tin Double Dial Dial with Day and Date Lower Calendar Dial with Original Rollers. The Clock Measures approx. 21 1/4″ Tall x 11 3/4″ Wide x 4 3/4 Deep. The Clock is Key Wound, and includes a Winding Key and Correct Adjustable Pendulum. The Clock is in Good Cosmetic Condition with Normal Wear From Age. The Original Rollers have Darkened From Age. Ingraham Clock Company USA, circa 1880. This Has a Walnut Wood Case with Round Bevelled Doors and Decorative Side Trim with Reverse Painted Glass Gold Gilt Trim Lower Tablet. This Has a Signed Ingraham 8 Day Brass Mechanical Wind-Up “Time Only” Regulator Calendar Movement. The Dial is the Original Paper Over Tin Dial Calendar Dial with Roman Numerals. The Original Ingraham Maker’s Label for this Model “Dew Drop Calendar”, is on the Back. This includes the Adjustable Heavy Brass Ornate Regulator Pendulum, and a Winding Key. THIS IS A VERY OLD ANTIQUE CRAPTABLE, IT HAS BEEN IN MY HOME SINCE 1980 AND IT WAS OLD WHEN IT WAS GIVEN TO ME AS A GIFT, THE FELT SAYS THUNDERBIRD CASINO, IT IS SLIGHTLY FADED AND HAS A COUPLE OF MARKS ON IT THAT I HAVE NOT TRIED TO REMOVE, THE TOP RAIL IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD IS BLACK WALNUT, THE BOTTOM BASE LOOKS TO BE A CARVING, PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES. THE TABLE COME APART IN 6 SECTIONS SO IT CAN BE MOVED AND GOES OUT A STANDARD DOORWAY, I WILL HELP LOAD. THE OUTSIDE IS 144 X 52 INCHES, THE PLAYING SURFACE IS 137 X 46 INCHES, IT STANDS 39 INCHES TALL. Welcome to Antiques & Moore! THIS LISTING IS FOR A GORGEOUS LARGE ANTIQUE VICTORIAN PERIOD 10-TUNE CYLINDER ROLL MUSIC BOX WITH BEAUTIFUL INLAID DECORATION AND EBONIZED TRIM, c. This stunning music box has its original works encased in a lovely cabinet with inlaid design. The lid and front are decorated with a matching marquetry inlaid classical design of three instruments (harp, flute and horn) and sheet music surrounded by flower spray and foliage. The sides of the case are Rosewood with the top and base having ebonized trim and feet. Brass key hole on front, no key. The lithographed paper inside the lid lists 10 musical compositions with their composer’s name. This lovely music box has a wonderful sound although there is one missing tip (tooth) on the comb. The paper music sheet on interior of lid does have wear on the edges and corners and a tear, however, it is original to the box. Measures 7 3/8″ high, 24 1/2″ long and 10 1/4 deep. The case is in very nice condition although there is one small area on the upper right front corner with slight damage which does not show when lid is closed and one of the round ebonized feet has a rubbed area (see photos). No other noted damage or flaws. These minor flaws are consistent with normal wear and the age of the item. Victorian Antique Jeweler Regulator Walnut Long Case Clock

Victorian Antique Jeweler Regulator Walnut Long Case Clock. A Victorian period jeweler’s true regulator long case or grandfather clock was crafted in the 1880’s for a jewelry store in Wisconsin, R. ” Super accurate clocks like these were used by watchmaker’s to adjust the time or “regulate clocks and watches. The solid walnut case has burl panels and an old finish in very fine condition that could be original. There are shrinkage separations from age, see photos. Glass is old and wavy. Nickel over brass mounts and porcelain dial are in remarkably fine condition on this American made antique clock. The 8 day silent movement has a sweep second hand and keeps very accurate time, we can not find a signature. Measurements are 34″ wide, 14″ deep and 95 tall. This clock needs to be “set up” when delivered – weights and pendulum attached and the case leveled. The process is not very difficult, and it is also nice to know how to do this again whenever the clock needs to be moved for cleaning, painting or whatever. A few customers prefer to hire a local clockmaker at their own expense to make a house-call and set up the clock, which is usually not very expensive, depending on your location.
