This is early Soviet watch Pobeda made at the 2nd Moscow Watch Factory. It was made in USSR in the 1st quarter of 1955 – it mechanism has got a mark: “1-55″. THE WATCH FACE IS IN EXCELLENT CODITION. The watch is in perfectly working order. It is used as seen on the images below but runs well and keeps time accurately. The watch has been serviced by a professional watchmaker. All parts tested for wear. Broken ones have been replaced with good parts. All parts washed up in gasoline. The movement was put whole, then lubricated and calibrated. The case was washed up. A new crystal was set up. The watch comes with a new leather wristband. Case diameter is 32 mm. Case size (lug-to-lug) is 40.6 mm. Watch thickness is 9.4 mm. Lug width – 16 mm.
