Antique/Vintage cast iro n tobacco cutter made by Richmond Best Navy, Larus & Bro. Shows the number “108” on the bottom side. The hand-crank works perfectly. The blade could be sharpened by unscrewing the two screws on either side. The bed and slide are a little rusty and dusty, although in solid and sturdy shape. There is some wear and tear to the finish that would be attributed to the age of the item.
