Additional music movement with pin disc, backwards visible quadrature for the repetition, mirror polished. The Music Moment is 100% genuine and with full funktion, it plays loud and clear, sorry i don`t know the melody. Enamel dial with Arabic Breguet numerals and blued Breguet steel hands, finest quality and good condition, two small hardly visible restored rim chips at 1 and 7 o’clock. The quality and execution of this watch is of good quality. The watch was cleaned and function checked and adjusted by my watchmaker. This listing is for an antique ootsuki nomi (Japanese slick chisel) with a 48mm wide cutting edge. Blacksmith signature is present and legible. I sharpened this tool on a 100 micron stone. The back and bevel are flat and sharp. Could use additional honing on high grit stones if an intense level a sharpness is desired. Blade is white steel (shirogami), Lamination line is nicely shaped. (note how the laminated steel wraps up the sides for structural stability and durability). Steel is extremely hard due to age hardening austenite turns to martensite over time. So you’ll find a very dependable glass hard edge on this old chisel. Id estimate it to be around 60 years old. Scuffs, blemishes, and patina are present. There is no rust on any portion that it would effect the performance of this tool. Back hollow is in great condition. Very symmetrical with most of the black oxide is still intact! There is some minor pitting in the hollow, but this is only cosmetic and wont affect the tool’s performance. Comes oiled and protected with camellia oil all natural corrosion inhibiting oil made from green tea plant. Handle is in excellent shape. No cracks or splits. Please ask any questions you may have. AUTHENTIC AUSTRO HUNGARIAN M1917. On December 1, 1918, an official act was signed creating a new state – the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, later know as Yugoslavia. In such a situation it is completely understandable that the Austro-Hungarian uniform existed in the Yugoslav fleet for a long time. Only the royal and state insignias were changed. The M1917 Austro-Hungarian Navy officer’s dagger continued to be worn with the Austro Hungarian coat of arms removed from the blade. Yugoslav naval officers carried Austro-Hungarian naval daggers well into the mid-1920’s. The M1918 daggers were perfect but for one thing – the etching of the austro hungarian coat of arms on the blade. So what they did? They simply erased (grinded or etched out) the austrian coat of arms from the blade and used it till new regulations that came in 1924. It think that regarding this particular dagger, this was the case. Originally it was an austrian M1917 then the blade was overly etched (wich weakened the steel causing the over abrasion, over oxidation and pitting as time passed) and then reused That explains why the blade is so pitted compared to its very well preserved fittings. The grip is made of white deeply lacquered wood with winded gold plated wire. The pommel is made out of brass in the shape of rope knot – nicely done and very detailed compared to subsequent yugoslav models. Brass cross guard has arms in the shape of a dolphin. The blade is made of steel, diamond section and in the shape of prolonged triangle with extensive pitting. Scabbard is made out of brass with crown and anchor crest. At the bottom of the scabbard, there is relief made Neptun with trident. Scabbard has two rings for attaching on the belt, hanger. Blade lenght: 270 mm. Total lenght : 406 mm. ALL STRONG AND FIRM.. 1952 Mercedes-Benz 170 D

I present to you a. 1952 MERCEDES BENZ 170DS (D for DIESEL and S for SEDAN / SALOON) A piece of machinery from the past, a time traveled piece of art into todays technology……….. A bit info from WIKIPEDIA, but those who know more firsthand about these, please free to share (thank you). 170 Sb / 170 DS (19521953). In January 1952 the Mercedes-Benz 170 Sb replaced the 170 S model. The car now received a works number of its own, becoming known internally as the Mercedes-Benz W 191. Both cabriolet versions had been withdrawn in November 1951, cabriolet buyers now being catered for by the cabriolet versions of the 6-cylinder. The 170 Sb was therefore available only with a four-door sedan/saloon body. Other changes included in the 1952 upgrade included the replacement of the floor-mounted gear lever with a then fashionable column mounted gear lever. There was now a starter button on the dashboard and the heater was improved. Under the bonnet/hood the camshaft was now driven via a chain rather than via gear cogs, a hypoid differential was fitted and the rear track was increased by 15 mm (0.59 in). It shared the 40 HP 29 kW. Diesel power unit of the diesel powered 170 V and came with the same official top speed of 105 km/h (65 mph). In 1952 diesel powered passenger cars were still very much a novelty even in Germany. Now a bit about what I can tell you about this piece of history that youre looking at. Unfortunately, not much I can say about its history, I doubt it belonged to Hitlers nephew or anyone whos been connected to those history days. All I can say is that I have it and based on my mechanical / body work background I can say that this sedan is in an excellent shape / condition for a very fun and interesting restoration project. Lets start with the body / chassis. It is very very good. Id say 95-98% is still the original panels and not much has been touched or restored. The only part that I believe has been replaced at some point is the sidesteps. They seem to be molded out of fiber. The rest is good. It has enough material / structure / shape that even if those pieces that need replacement or renewed, you will have enough material to work with. The main frame rails are like new from the factory line. I guess those vehicles were so well treated with the protective coating, that it held well and it is solid. Suspension is also in superb condition and all intact. Please refer to the undercarriage shots for a better understanding and take a look at a shot of a trunk area that usual rots away as water leaks in through the rubber seal on the trunk lid. Also see the trunk lid and its shot from the inside and how well its contours are. Interior looks great as well. It had leather covers at some point but Im leaving it the way it is so that the new owner has template to work off of. Knobs, handles, trim, etcmost, if not all, is present. Engine and manual transmission with a COLUMN SHIFTER. Engine turns over and Im pretty sure has some compression. Here is how I came to that conclusion. As I was moving it on and off the trailer and around the property, it was in gear and with it being engaged in the gear, the car was slightly hopping as you would expect from a manual equipped vehicle. When the clutch would be depressed, the car rolled free, like in neutral. Brake lines seem to be in good shape as well and not rotted away. NOW THE IFFIE STUFF. The gas tank cap and radiator caps are missing. Also, the passenger front door window is missing. And please be open minded, this car will have some hole in its floor panel, but very minor and probably expected. I hope I gave a well detailed description to my knowledge as I possibly could, but those who know every nut and bolt on these history pieces, please advise me on what to look for and I will gladly do so and provide updates. Very old maybe turn of the century or before cylinder type music box for parts or restoration needs. This does not play. This one has a beautiful lid and real wood inlays. The pinned portion of the cylinder measures approximately 13 1/16 long. The comb has had repairs over the years. There is a lot of parts missing inside on the motor and comb screws, etc. Check out the photos for condition. The lid measures approximately 22 7/16″ X 8 3/4″ to the very outside of the black edge portion.
