I did some research on this watch and it’s a LeCoultre 1940s P. The dial has original radium and is paper-color with radium burn stains. The hands seem blue and the radium lume has worn off over the past 80 years. The screwdown caseback is stamped “stainless steel”, as you can see in pictures.
