60s Original vintage Mid Century Modernist large atomic rocket tripod floor lamp. Stunning large 60s rocket floor lamp with an amazing modernist Mid Century abstract circles in orange, brown and black fabric shade. These rocket lamps are very popular and becoming scarce in this condition as they are quite fragile and tend to be damaged easily. Rocket style floor lamps are usually presented with a spun fibreglass shade so this one is quite unique and rare. The legs are teak, a winner combination for the Mid Century interiors. The lamp is in excellent vintage condition, giving a very worm glow to any room, and full working order not PAT tested so it will need to be checked by a qualifies electrician before put to use. These lamps are very popular for their dramatic effect and this one is a special example for its size and pattern. It will certainly be a fabulous addition to any modern/retro environment.
