Vintage old wood antique tube radio ZENITH model 6S527 Super nice

I just refinished this 1941 antique Zenith tube radio and it is very pretty. This is the popular Zenith mdl 6S527. It is 15.25″ long x 8.5″ tall x 7.25 deep. The cabinet is in excellent condition being that it has been refinished. There are beautiful wood grains and colors throughout the entire cabinet accented by the dark Walnut inlays. A super nice top with different grains and tones really catch your eye. The dial face is framed in and displays the large Zenith “Z” pointer. There are rounded corners and a big speaker grill. The three “Z” knobs have been cleaned and resealed. A built in factory installed “Loop” antenna receives stations very well across the dial. There are 5 functional push buttons as well and the brass housing around the buttons has been polished and resealed. There is a new dial cover, new dial lamps (2x), new AC Power cord, and new Filter/Audio capacitors installed. The tubes have been tested and the remaining components checked & replaced if needed. This is a wonderful example of the American Radio Industry waiting for you to display in your favorite place in the home or office. The radio plays and receives stations very well. There are no issues. The speaker is in excellent condition and has very good volume, tone, and clarity. Thank you very much for stopping in! Antique Zenith Tombstone Wood Case Tube Radio Model 10-S-130. Overall, an excellent original example. The radio plays well, but has not been restored. The bullseye tuning reacts to a strong signal. About 3-1/2 hrs to St Louis and Kansas City. Little over an hour to Branson Missouri. The thought of me sitting this on the counter and having someone ask me if it is fragile is a little bit worrysome to me. But here is what I will offer. Any claims for any reimbursements for damage or operational failure will be between you and the UPS. Also, note that there is not a Greyhound hub locally so UPS Store is the only option. Vintage Zenith Radio, Model 9S262 Antique Console Tube Radio

Up for sale is this retro Zenith radio, model- 9S262. This radio started being manufactured in the year 1938. This radio is in fantastic condition. There are some light surface marks, but overall it looks amazing. The radio is missing two of the knobs on the front which can be seen in the pictures. The radio is currently not functioning. When plugged in the radio powers on and you can see the tubes light up. The motor for the auto tuning sounds like it is working. We truly don’t know much about this radio, but it seems like it would be an easy fix to get it into working condition. The radio comes with two insulators for the coils and a black knob. Antique Zenith “The Waltons” Tombstone Wood Case Tube Radio Model 9-S-232. Only includes what is pictured. Please review all the pictures closely. Please review all the pictures to determine the condition. Work was carried out on the restoration of the cabinet, polishing. The knobs are the original wood Zenith knobs. The speaker sounds great! Measures about 23 inches tall, by about 17 inches across, by about 12 1/2 inches wide. We tried to take pictures of the important features, but we are not experts on these so feel free to contact if you have any questions. This is a 1941 Zenith 6 tube antique radio and it is simply gorgeous. The size is 12″ long x 7.25″ tall x 6.75 deep. The cabinet which is commonly referred to as the “Toaster” is in beautiful condition and it has just been refinished. Made of solid Walnut, this radio will reach out and get anyone’s attention. Beautiful light and dark colors plus plenty of nice wood grains throughout. The iconic Zenith black Dial Face with the big “Z” double winged pointer really compliment the radio’s appearance. The cabinet as you can see has open slits running from both sides and across the top which add to keeping the 6 tubes at a lower temperature. The two “Z” knobs are tight to their shafts and function as required. There are rounded corners. This model also has a built in “Loop” Antenna which receives stations very well across the dial. No need for all those wires hanging out the back! There is a new dial cover, new dial lamp, new AC Power cord, and new Filter/Audio capacitors installed. The 6 tubes have been tested and the remaining components were checked & replaced if needed. This is a wonderful example of the American Radio Industry waiting for you to display in your favorite place in the home or office. The radio plays and receives stations excellent with its built in “LOOP” Antenna. There are no issues. The speaker has very good volume and projection.
