We are offering this Beautiful HUGE Antique Sterling Silver SACRED HEART MIRACLE EX VOTO DEVOTIONAL VOW C11. It is much nicer than the photos show with nice old patina on the sterling silver (See photos). Ex-votos (from the Latin phrase ex-voto suscepto, meaning’from the vow made’) were, and still are, carried as devotional objects and to give thanks for granted wishes, prayers and intentions. On some of these is stamped G. ” which stands for “Graced Received. The Sacred Heart can be traced to the 11th century. It is marked at the bottom of the heart “925” (sterling silver). Antiques – Watches – Jewellery. ANTIQUE MUSEUM END of 19th CENTURY ROYAL VERMEIL. This is very beautiful, rare and very difficult to find piece in a such good condition. This is real work of art. Chalice handmade in silver with gilding! All decorative elements are handmade, applied in 2 layers on the cup. As well as medallions are attached with a second layer on the base. Base – 14,5 cm. Cup diam – 8,8 cm. Do not loose it!! Condition : very good for its age, no dents, but present signs of use (please look photos). Material : Gilded Sterling Silver. Up for sale is a very rare and beautiful antique gold gilt sterling silver and enamel Egyptian pharaoh figural chatelaine or watch fob pencil. The loop has a hallmark that I cannot make out. The pharaoh measures 2 3/4 long. The exterior of the pharoah is in excellent condition. The pencil does not extend, and it needs an adjustment. The piece is top to bottom sterling silver and has matching serial numbers of 513. Its engraved made in Switzerland with various patent marks, the clock is a 15 Jewell original Dunhill, original to the piece again, its not currently running a will need a service. The lighter will need a new flint and gas etc, its not really bought these days for use, more for decoration and investment. Height:- 4.6cm. Width:- 3.8cm. Depth:- 1.3cm. Beautiful antique sterling silver art deco fairy rouge and powder compact, signed Djer-Kiss. Marked PAT 5-19-25, dating it to 1925. The outside case is solid sterling silver, the inside compartments are a silver tone metal. Measures 2″ x 2″. It has two mirrors, some of its original rouge and powder puff. One of the mirrors has some reflection damage (see last photo), otherwise in excellent gently used antique condition. Please note, items in photos may appear larger than actual size.
