For sale is the above original period leather blood chit worn by a flyer of the AVG Flying Tigers serving in China prior to the US entering into WWII. It is of 5-piece leather construction; the white sun is 2-pieces, the blue canton, the red part of the fly, and the white writing part. It is in fantastic condition for its age, with just a little separation in the bottom left hand corner which may have been done when it was removed from the jacket.
