Robe ancienne Second Empire Antique french victorian Gown

Jolie robe datant du Second Empire en finissime mousseline de coton imprimée de fleurettes, entièrement cousue à la main. Bas de jupe et manches sont garnies de légers volants du même tissu. Compte tenu de la délicatesse du tissu elle est dans un état de conservation surprenant. Au niveau de la jupe, il n’y a qu’un petit accroc restauré dans le bas, sur le coté droit au ras du premier volant. Le corsage présente quelques petits points de fatigue vers les boutons, à l’encolure et dans la pointe au niveau de la taille (voir dernières photos svp). En vue d’exposition, les boutons manquants avaient été remplacés par de petits boutons en soie. Le corsage est carrément monté sur un petit corselet en coton solide garni de dentelle. La jupe n’est pas doublée, elle est présentée sur une crinoline qui ne fait pas partie de la vente. N’hésitez pas a demander plus de photos. Antique Ottoman yatagan sword – Ottoman empire 18th-19th century. Even if the steel of the blade is in poor condition, it is still strong and the blade remains very nice engravings. One side is probably engraved a Koran sentence, the other side the name of the black-smith. Handle is wood with coral cabochon inlaid. Strong and solid, no movement. Length 75cm (29 1/2 in).
