Rare FITZGERALD STAR Antique Fan 8 Electric Vintage 1900’s Nickle Plated. Fan is in good condition. Looks to still have it’s original cloth cord that is in good condition. We did replace the worn felt on the bottom of the fan with new period correct felt. We did take off the fan blade to clean it and put it back on but from what we read we did put it on backwards. This fan has a unique feature of a reverse fan mounting. Fan is untested because it does not have it’s replaceable motor brushes in it. Not sure type they take. This would be a great project to finish. Please look at all of the pictures closely and judge the condition, size and content of this lot for yourself as our photos are a large portion of our description. The tachymetric scale, hands and bar markers can be clearly read. Chronograph counters at 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock, Plexiglas crystal in very good condition. Pillar wheel movement, calibre Valjoux 92, Swiss-made. Hand-wound mechanism with 17 jewels, 18,000 bph, in perfect working order, including the chronograph function, which starts and resets correctly.
