Antique/Vtg 1971 Schwinn Stingray Fastback 3 Speed. So this was a bike a came across years ago and even though I used to collect BMX bikes from late 70s and early 80s from when i raced i picked it up anyway because its just plain cool. I dont know much on stingrays other than this one looks to be 100% original right down to the tires,,, which are shot of course. Im pretty sure its a 1971 (serial pictured). I dont see any major damage. The seat has ware spots were the vynle has torn and peeled in places, and theres aging and typical imperfections throughout. Scrapes, scratches a few small tings in the fenders (like a bb Mark) but no broken frame or repairs i can see, pedals are a little beat up of course as well. Please zoom all photos to see condition as they show it well. It needs a major cleaning, polishing, tires, and service. You dont see many old bikes that havnt been altered and tinkered with anymore.
