This has a great look to it. Clearly hand done with really great burn marks from the firing process. This piece measures 7″ wide by 3″ tall. There is a chip on the inside of the rim and a small crack along the side form age.. The detailing is really beautiful on this piece. There may be some surface wear from age which is to be expected. This Archaic Ancient original Native American Indian clay pottery vessel or water jug is a handmade piece showcasing the craftsmanship and cultural significance of Native American artistry. In excellent condition; just very minor surface cracks, a small old chip on the rim, no restoration, no holes. This delightful little Basket is a RARE, Antique Miniature Ollah, Handwoven with TINY Weavers. The Very tightly woven aspect of this Basket, would have required great skill, to construct. The Basket has two rows of a Diamond Design, woven in Black Weavers, circling the body. Definitely a “one of a kind” piece of Antique Native American Folk Art. A Miniature Basket, such as this little Handwoven Basket, is so hard to find. The delightful Basket has great age. It has some damage to a few Weavers, on the top rim, and neck.
