You are looking at a vintage Myers OK Hay trolley. Everything moves and works besides one of the big top wheels. The wheel seems stuck, though we were able to get it to budge. There are no cracks or breaks. The trolley is 23 W and 21 T. There is some wear, such as rust and the trolley may require further cleaning.
