These demijohns came directly out of the basement of an old Italian mans house in Naples Italy. They were not used for decoration at that time, they still had wine residue at the bottom when I got them. They measure 25″ high, 18″ wide, and have a 54 circumference. I lived in Pozzuoli Italy (Naples area) for 5 years and the restaurants and vineyards had these everywhere, I fell in love with them. They filled them with used corks, put flower arrangements in them, painted pictures on them and even used them as candles. I shared some pictures of the ones in my house to show how I display them.
