This pair of alabaster garnitures was found in France. Each one has a weathered alabaster base with bronze accents and a bronze top with gold accents. Each top has leaf and vine decoration of its sides with leaf and vine handles. The condition of the urns is good, except for the obvious weathering of the alabaster. Up for this antique Ansonia French style Mantle Clock and garniture set. It speed runs and strikes when the pendulum is off, but will only run for a short period with pendulum attached. It’s estate fresh, finish is worn, it’s a bit dusty, garnitures are likely missing horns given the position of their hands. The cherub resting on top is a little loose. The four feet do not rest flush on the table together, a felt pad under one front foot would fix that. Clock Measures about 13″ tall, 7 3/8″ across. Garnitures about 7 1/4 tall.
