CHARLIE WAGNER TATTOO MACHINE WITH ANTIQUE TUBE ORIGINAL COILS BINDERS VERY RARE NEEDS A LITTLE WORK TO RUN ANY QUESTIONS ASK. It looks to be resprung to me but out of all the Wagners I have had pass thru my hands or I have seen only one had the original spring and it may not be the original contact screw its hard to say what he was using as he used different contact screws at different times but coils, a bar, binders washers yoke are.. So 99 percent original but it may be original spring it doesnt look like it to me it was most likely was built by Bill Jones after the depression as he built all Wagners machines after the 20s.
