Maitland Smith Antique Collection Brass Hummingbird Sculpture Table Lamp Rare. The brass has a green patina on it. They can be tightened through bottom of books, but you would have to make 2 holes in the felt material. Very rare table lamp, there isn’t another one for sale anywhere that I looked.
