All tubes were tested and replaced as needed, controls cleaned and lubricated. New dial light and external antenna were installed. SW is more active late at night and may require an outdoor antenna. Cabinet was cleaned and hand rubbed with Finish Restorer. There are few wood blemishes and scuffs (see pictures). All original Philco knobs are present and operate properly. New vintage Philco chevron grill cloth was installed. Bar lights were rewired with its separate on/off switch. Side liquor compartment received new lock with key. Radio Bar has 20pcs. Of original glass ware including. 2 aluminum ice buckets. All glass ware is in great condition with platinum rings intact. Additional bar ware: 6 flutes, 1 mixer glass with drink recipes, 2 cork pullers, 1 bottle opener, 2 stirrers. Dimensions are: 30″Lx15″Wx47H It weighs 110lbs. Thank you and good luck! The sedan chair moves back and forth and the mother and baby kangaroos turn their heads back and forth. The men are linked to the handles and sway back and forth as the coach moves. Everything is functional but it could use some lube and cleaning. It is powered by two standard 110 volt plugs. There are portions of lace coming off, the men are missing fingers, there is torn fabric particularly on the one man’s shoe and the paneling on the side of the sedan chair, and the plaster or papier mache that the figures are made out of does have cracks in places. There is a rhinestone necklace that looks like it went on the mother kangaroo that is broken. Unfortunately, I do not know the history of this piece, but it is certainly one-of-a-kind and would be the centerpiece of any doll or automaton collection. This item has dirt and wear from display, moving, and storage, but overall displays very well for it’s age. It measures 14″×50.25″×55.25 not including the dolly it is pictured on.
