This piece is 16 long & the sled itself is 12. Santa is 12 & the little boy is about 8. In the sled are toys that were all handmade. Over a dozen of them & on the side a lovely wreath. This piece was based on an old postcard & you can tell that so much thought went into it. I love the handsaw hanging next to the wreath! Santa is dressed in faded flannel & the boy is dressed in flannel and vintage cotton, he has a tiny nail in the front of him that attaches to the sled to keep him from falling.
