Stunning Antique Sculpture Frederick Chicago Brass Statue Antelope Deer Figurin. Antique deer antelope sculpture by designer Frederick cooper of Chicago. Beautiful Antelope deer in brass with wood base. Measures as you see in pictures height 18″ base wide 5″. This weighs 20 pounds. Heavy, as you see in pictures this sculpture has developed scratches and ripe under base cover that only a true antique piece can give! This is an extraordinary piece, and it still looks magnificent. You step on the turtles head to open the shell to spit into. When you step on the head the shell still stays open until you push the head back up to close it. It does show some wear and age. The underside of the shell has the lion share of it. The underneath of the turtles frame has some patina as well, as does the rest of the turtle. The underside of the shell has a nick in the metal as shown in the pictures. I believe the spittoon bowl has been swapped out at one time or another. The stamp is awfully worn away. You can still make out some of it though. It shows some other normal wear as well. Has some scratches and scuffs. This piece is over 125 years old, but it carries its age gracefully. Overall this is a very nice piece for its age, and utility of the item. When closed it measures roughly 14 long. See pictures to make your own determination on physical condition.

Antique COMBO ANVIL & VISE “The Stewart Handy Worker” CHICAGO FLEXIBLE SHAFT CO. Being offered for sale is the vintage “THE STEWART HANDY WORKER” COMBINATION ANVIL-VISE. By CHICAGO FLEXIBLE SHAFT CO. Circa the early 20th century. As seen in the pictures/as described in the title. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES. Missing original front crank handle. (isn’t really needed). (see red arrows in pics 7, 9 & 11). Two broken mounting holes at base. (one broken at each side, see red arrows in pics 2, 4, 6, 11 & 12). The two remaining mounting holes are in good shape and should be enough to anchor the vise down. One of the two broken holes has enough remaining to be bolted down with a large washer to help secure to bench. (see red arrow in pics 2, 4 & 12). Otherwise, the vise is in Very Good vintage condition and is fully functional. We lightly cleaned the threaded rod with wire brush and applied some WD-40 and now the crank wheel/jaws adjust easy & smooth. Fully functional combo anvil-vise tool that just needs new jaw faces and mounting hardware. Measures 23 long, overall, when jaws are fully closed. Jaws measure 3-7/8 wide and open approx.
