Here is an antique Columbia TYPE A graphophone/phonograph in very fine condition as pictured. This machine is an early cylinder phonograph by Columbia produced during the early days of the industry and is marked A on the id plate. Cabinet is in fine original condition with great decals, as pictured. Bed plate shows wear to nickel plating. Cabinet locks are patent dated 1896. 10 cone horn is a modern reproduction. This machine winds up and runs with average motor noise; motor has been professionally restored; Overall, a very nice original machine over 100 years old in very good playing condition.
